I have got an offer from Randstad and I have been asked to submit documents for BGV. The vendor is Hello Verify. I had absconded one company and I do not have proper exit documents. The tenure was 3 months. In BGV portal as well as in my CV, I have hidden this experience and submitted other company documents which are all correct. I also do not have pf dual employment however the absconded company has a pf record in service history. Will my BGV fail ? Will hello verify check my absconded company

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed.
