I have got two offers.

Capgemini with 18.5 lakhs as a package in that 10% is the variable pay.

Tiger analytics with 19LPA entirely fixed.

Capgemini yet to recieve the offer letter they are giving 3rd of april as a joining date.

Tiger analytics I'm having the offer they are giving 7th April as a joining date.

Need to decide one between these two which one can be the better one to join in all perspectives help me with your suggestions.

Hey fishes, I am hearing Tiger Analytics is rescinding offer letters floated to candidates. One of my acquaintance was supposed to join as analytics consultant but they rescinded the offer 3 weeks before his DOJ. Does anyone have information regarding this?

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
