I have joined in project a year ago with A to SA promise in written mail from Manager. But still not happend promotion and taken release but still in account without client credentials. But rating was given 2 with silly comments like leaves attandance mentioned which all taken are planned and approved.
With low rating i cant get promotion this year as well.
