I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Do not waste your time there and ask for release - these people will never care about your career. For them, their projects are only important so take a stand for yourself.
They won't release, if you try to ask...they will tell HR that they have a vacancy in this project and they need you. Politics at the full swing. Which project are you in?

This has happened to me while I was working with LTI 3 years back. I looked for requirements matching my skillsets in other BUs , contacted the relevant manager and asked them to pull me in the project based on my matching skillsets.
PS: I had already asked my manager for release and he made me wait for 9 months and still wasn't ready to release me. I literally fought with him, looked for projects and then finally mailed HR keeping new manager and old manager in CC , clearly stating that my manager was very well aware about my situation and had assured he would release once he had found my replacement.
My advise would be, inform ur manager, ask him to find ur replacement, wait for a few months, meanwhile u can upskill and start looking for relevant opportunities.
