1. Deloitte has a lot of work pressure( 12-13 working hrs min). They don't negotiate as they have a brand value. But from learning perspective , you can go ahead if you want to learn. But they have other cons also like medical policies, exposure to business side and global market.
2. CTS has a good salary structure as their fixed inhand amount is straight forward., as far I have heard they have good projects too(definitely depends on your tech stack). And work life balance is also manageable( never came across anyone telling of work pressure, but that completely depends upon your project that you are getting)
You can reach out to other employees of that organization and try to get an overall idea of WLB, and other project and also the work culture. 30LPA definitely makes a huge difference, but it completely depends on the end goal that you have.
