Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Was just told to "grow our ESG/CSR" practice at a regional consulting firm, due to my recent grad certification in sustainable biz strategy. Wondering where I should focus us as a services industry for big impact: we have a large product innovation, digital engineering area, and know in the past we've had a lot of lip service to clients and only recorded ESG for their compliance.
