I have recently interviewed for amex , I have cleared all the three technical rounds . HR have reached out to me and took some documents , she said they are waiting for approval from business for giving me LOI but still she didn’t discuss the compensation with me . Can anyone brief me the process when she will discuss the numbers and how much time it will take her to get the approvals .

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
