I have recently joined Capgemini (last week)(8.8 yoe , role - Scrum Master) and I have 3 queries -
1) Today a Sapience tool has been installed in my system automatically, can I uninstall this app ? Will I be in trouble as I am on the bench now ?
2) If in case I am not allowed to uninstall this tool then minimum how many hours I have to maintain?
3) my probation period is 6 months, are there any circumstances where They confirm early or they aren't confirming at all ? Pls share your feedback
