I have taken a offer by saying that My notice period is 1 month but my employer is extending my notice period to 2 month because my replacement is not hired yet.
Is it a problem if I will not able to join on said date?

I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.
