I would recommend the now/next/later roadmap. I also think more than a year can be tough to legitimately evaluate, but we've all been there lol
Next 3 months (April, May, June) - Highly detailed features, with approx. delivery time. Tangible items that management can understand and see the value to the customer
Next 6 months (H2 2023) - Vision of features we could build if the 3 months above went successfully. These features will be more vague but should be realistic that the product could reach
Next year and beyond (2024, 2025)- Should be based on company goals and what the product will need in the long term future in order to reach those goals
Personally I think roadmaps beyond a year are BS. I like to have the flexibility in planning so if changes in the market occur we can pivot. I’m not gonna be beholden to old roadmap promises when I have no idea what the future will hold

Agree with the previous two comments, beyond a year is just ridiculous to plan. If I tried to plan a 3 year roadmap last year, literally within the last few weeks it would’ve completely changed.
I’d also recommend looking into outcome based roadmaps which are less specific to what to build vs what outcomes are you trying to drive. It allows more flexibility as to commitments and outcomes change way less frequently.
I think PM1 is on the right track personally, I do think there's some merit in planning out tomorrow/next week/next month kind of scenarios to give people an idea of what to come. I'd google some product roadmaps to get more inspo
