Started in TCS (3.3 lpa).
Switched to Accenture after 3 yrs (8.5 Fixed + 1.7 Variable Lpa).
In Accenture working for a Product Based company (Amadeus Software labs) as a Consultant.
Current CTC is still - 8.9 lpa (fixed) + 1.8 lpa Variable.

Should I still consider to continue with same tech stack? (Primary skill C++)
Targeting for roles in both Product based and service based companies.

What growth should I expect if stay in same tech stack?

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors.
