I've had my caffeine and still got lost! The post is too deep for me 😭 However, there are modern companies out there with great workplace environments and cultures. I'm just yet to be a part of one!

That was a comment from two different sides of the spectrum. I'd say starting a new company of your own can be a good thing but there's always the immense pressure to get your company to a point where it can compete and that's when the culture you wanted can get pushed to the side.
