Anybody’s practices said anything about in-the-office expectations post-RTO? I know in my practice before this it was mostly in-the-office unless traveling, but this situation seems to have changed the culture.

My company is going to move to a part - time office schedule. Right now the RTO is scheduled for September.

Would you feel comfortable telling HR that your service line’s culture sucks and name the individuals who cause it? Or is a better approach saying it’s the leadership in general creating a negative and toxic culture? How effective are these conversations really? Trying to assess if there’s any point in bringing this up. Obviously HR works for the company and an employee sharing their thoughts on the unsupportive, cold leaders could bite me in the long run.

I’m a SPED Resource/Inclusion Teacher which I really love. I really like working with the Gen Ed teachers maybe because my background is Gen Ed. I’m noticing many SPED team members go straight to the principal if they have an issue with a Gen Ed teacher instead of going to the teacher directly. Is this the norm now? What happened to SPED working with Gen Ed? Maybe I’m old school, but this seems so wrong to me. Thoughts?

I put in my notice last week at my current firm. MP was shaking with anger when I told him. Toxic partners, commonplace sexism, and widespread bullying. I was only there 6 months. Walking out of that office, I felt 50lbs lighter.
