I joined a new team and this is the first time in my 30+ years wherein I join a male dominated group where the new leader consistently drops f bombs during business meetings. Any advice on being comfortable in an uncomfortable situation?

If they are just adding a filler word in the conversation it doesn’t bother me. If they are looking into my face when they say the word i would wait til after the meeting and pull that person aside asking in a nice way for him to reduce

Funny answer is. Volunteer to have AI take note. Then add the f word in the note (because ai won’t capture the f word ) then send him the meeting minute. Hope he will feel embarrassed

Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?
