Hello, fellow creatives! I want to share a project that I have busting my butt on and thought you might enjoy it. It's WanktheVote.com. We're currently running ads on PornHub and other porn sites to route people to this site. The ads promise free, sexy 18+ content. They are then brought to WanktheVote.com, where they are given the hottest 18+ content right now—voter info—and of course porn. Please enjoy, and if you do please share!

You can’t cook anything in seconds no matter how much heat you use. Things take time. That’s my advice, take it or leave it buddy.
18 months is the criteria to be eligible for IJP.
Also remember one thing, jobs are meant to be boring, even in the next role you will dislike it after sometime. IJP is one option where you can switch between roles and work on different technologies. Work on different technologies so that you know the full-stack and then can move up the ladder in managerial roles.
Thank you so much for the advice
Any job will get boring in 18 months..
Are you able to crack Java interviews? Try learn from what you’re doing. Keep learning, maintain notes so that you can refer it when you’re trying to switch. Doing work is easy but understanding concept is hard. Try different case scenarios on same concept and repeat the same for all concepts. Keep learning and never stop.. then switch in 3 years..
