I joined in July 2025 (1yr 6mon), I was given some automation related projects (Java Spring Boot & Python). Teammates praise me for having good knowledge & graduating from good college. Currently I'm working on monolith java project but work is too repetitive and I want to change my team as I want learn & want to work with much more technologies like microservices, kafka/mq, kubernetes, if possible gcp. After how long in company can I apply to IJP? Should I meet directly with hiring manager?

Are there any non-client facing agency roles that one could move to? Currently at a holdco media agency.

Would like to get into UI/UX anyone have any suggestions? Can share my book. I have two websites on there but people have been wanting to see more before hiring.

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
