I joined KPMG Global Services as an Assistant Manager with a 60-day notice period in my offer letter. After being promoted to Manager, my promotion letter didn’t mention any change, but the policy document states a 90-day notice for Manager and above. TalentKonnect still shows 60 days. I’m confused whether the 90-day rule applies to promoted employees. Can someone who moved from AM to M clarify?

Well I worked and got appreciated by the client , always exceeded expectations on clients side (have thank you's and appreciation on mail) . My rating is 3 stating "aapko ek hi saal hua h". Got opportunity for a global meeting to attend in Europe but my PM destroyed that opportunity for me. Past 3 days haven't worked a bit ,felt disappointed and am feeling depressed, it would have been my first abroad visit and the Visa is going to haunt me for the rest of my life.
