I just got an offer and they are doing my background verification. I haven’t declared search since I m on h1b and will wait until h1b transfer is complete. However, this new company is asking me to provide mckinsey details to verify employment as part of background check. I think they will contact the HR. Is that ok? Should I declare search? What should I do?

I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Is anybody else out there going through illegal class sizes for self-contained? How are you dealing? Maybe a vent session is in order.
