The notice period in Wipro changed from 60 to 90 days.

I heard some people saying it's 90 day now.

Can anybody answer this.

Seeking direction in selecting the most cost effective and fastest route to become an MLS. I have a international STEM BSc (2014), 3 years of research lab experience, 1 year hospital lab experience and 2.5 years veterinary diagnostics experience. I live in Michigan and was told by two schools that my credits have to be less than five years old but I think they are trying to get me to pay more by staying in school for four years. I want to understand how variable pay component works in wipro please correct me if my understanding is correct or not.

Total CTC offer to me by Wipro is 13.5 lpa out of which 101256 is variable pay.

variable pay paid every quarter is 101256/3
ie 25314

So my fixed CTC = 1350000-101256
ie 1248774


So first month i will be getting 85k + salary

And fourth month ie once the quater ends i will be getting 85000+ 25314 ie more than 1.10 lacs??

Please anyone confirm if i am right
