I just got offered a promotion at my current company with a new title, which is awesome. But when I tried to talk about the compensation, HR told me the salary for this role is standardized and they don't negotiate for internal moves. Is this a common practice or are they just trying to lowball me because I’m already here?

I am visiting Moab and Arches National Park this year, and would love to learn more about biking in/around the park!

Are you able to ride the bikes on the roads throughout the park?
If so, are there places to lock up the bike at trailheads and/or parking lots to take in?
I haven't been to this national park yet, so I was curious how it compares to Zion for example, where it is easy to bike from "stop to stop" to view the scenery or do a hike!
