I just went through a negotiation where the company said they “don’t negotiate offers,” but then immediately asked what it would take for me to say yes. I froze and gave a soft answer instead of a number, and now I’m regretting it. Has anyone successfully reopened negotiations after accepting too fast?

Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me.
