Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Will be an unpopular opinion in this bowl but…AIP is not just based on client billing hours, and USI folks are not evaluated against US practitioners, so it’s fair to get AIP there.

I see your point.
But even if they compare with US resources and we get the lowest percentage of AIP range. The percentage of US salary would be more than our USI bonuses
If we are charging the exact same rates and our pay is inline with US counterparts (may be 15-20% less) and if we are directly contributing to US margins, why should our bonus be tied to Indian rates? Folks in longterm assignments get bonus as % of their US salary.
