I keep getting interviews that turn into contract only roles halfway through the process. I need full time stability after last year’s layoffs. Is this just how hiring works now?

Can someone explain Wayfair? How do they have so much stuff? Where does it come from? How do you make decisions? It’s overwhelming and then I close the app.

I’m so tired of US companies hiring remote Canadian employees offering to pay a fraction of the price for the same role.
