I know I’m not saying anything new but if a recruiter contacts you and you have a call and then they just completely disappear without even a response it’s so wild to me.

I don’t expect anybody to answer my cold outreach but once we’ve spoken there’s a bit of an unwritten social contract that one of us needs to actually bow out of the conversation.
