I like all of the offshore colleagues I’ve had the chance to work with. In India, Europe, and LatAm…but this time zone juggling thing is not sustainable for any of us. 5-6AM calls followed by 11PM calls (both in the same day) are inhumane long term. Either the work needs to be done onshore with teams situated in similar time zones or move it all offshore. But creating long-term hybrid teams where you have contributing leaders on both sides of the ocean needs to be resolved somehow.
