I live in Florida and signed a lease that says, “There is no early termination agreement.” Later, I signed a separate agreement stating I must pay rent and fees until a new tenant is found if I move out early. This seems to contradict the original lease.

My questions:
1. Which agreement takes legal precedence—the original lease or the later contract?
2. Is the second agreement enforceable if it conflicts with the lease?

Having major imposter syndrome still. I feel like the minute I finally have a grasp, something changes. The law and nuances just seem overwhelming.
