I made a mistake in my first 30 days at a new company, and my boss chewed me out via phone call right after a meeting.

The mistake was that I shared my wireframes w/ the account team who are not savvy within digital or working with designers, but I started working on the wrong WF & they included that included that in our KO meeting. So things had to be shifted & deadlines had to be moved, causing another person to add more work to their load in less time.
Should I be looking for another job?

In my organization, most with my role are commission based.
