Why are you punishing yourself for sth which is just bit mis communication though
If your boss really chewed you out rather than calmly and diplomatically talking to you, yes. You should be allowed one get out of jail free card in the first 30/60 days. Also not make the same mistake again.
But also consider what led to you working in the wrong wireframes? Your honest mistake? Poor communication?
Is this team refusing to engage with the tools rather than not being savvy? Or can they at least leave a comment in Figma (assuming you use that)? If they refuse to engage, that’s a problem too. 🚩
Don’t know if you can see this if I reply here, personally would advice if you are super junior to go sw where you’d get basic training that can help you to blend in and feel comfortable at your role, better long term personal development too… I worked in other role, not as UX designer before. but kinda was in a similar situation like you. not one day I don’t regret taking this job where I had not much training and the people worked together had limited experiences… I’d say if you can get a job as UX designer, you must came from a decent school and had an okayish portfolio, maybe looking for a better place might be a good option as well. ( of course I don’t know how bad or how disorganized your current place is though… )
