Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Go with ux designer. When u speak to recruiters or interviewers let them know u are moving from AD to UX, as opposed to hiding it or downplaying the current AD status. Peeps like to help those transitioning into the industry. Also… speaking as someone who made the switch from AD to UX … good move. Much MUCH more career options / growth to be had.
Thank you! I appreciate all this insight from someone who made the same move. I’m feeling hopeful for 2023!
I’d go with UX/UI Designer and build up my portfolio to highlight that work.
That’s going to help a lot.
