What needs to change? It’s good to know what you’re solving for first before you can take action. And you may want to secure executive leadership support / buy-in before you do anything. This has to be driven by business leadership, not HR.

You are absolutely right about leadership buy-in. Awareness dies fast without sponsorship. I want to shift this from a yearly reminder into something visible in daily decisions, not just slides.
Training and basic information are a good first step. From there, start to figure out what needs to change, make actionable and measurable steps, and adjust as needed.

Agreed. The hard part is bridging awareness to accountability. I think we need data, follow-up conversations, and visible consequences when bias persists, otherwise it just stays theoretical.
