I really set up boundaries this year to stop the burnout but now I feel like I can’t motivate or find fulfillment in non urgent activities. It is as if my brain has the conversation of ‘if it was important, it would have become urgent’.

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

I’ve already completed 2 interviews; 1 screening interview with a recruiter and 1 with a hiring manager.
