I received a conditional offer from CitiusTech, which includes only a 2 lakh increment on my current salary. Out of this, 55,000 is allocated as CPLI. With over 3 years of experience, this increment translates to only a 5 to 6k increase in my monthly salary. I don't have any other offers at the moment, and I have already left my previous organization. Should I negotiate with HR for a better offer? Or is it risky to negotiate? Please assist.
