I received an offer from a large tech company, but the initial salary is less than I'm currently making. HR has been pretty clear that the offer is "non-negotiable." I'm trying to figure out if it's worth the risk to push back. What would you do in this situation?

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.
