I received HCL offer letter on 28th Dec. Submitted the docs and information on 31st Dec 2024.My DOJ is 13th jan 2025. But HR is telling BGV is red and 3rd part verifier telling BGV is yet to complete but ionboard portal status is showing BGV initiated. I niether received any updates regarding joining as fresh nor email regarding BGV status.

What is your opinion...

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
