I received offer letters from both TCS (Digital Offer) and Accenture (ASE). Since Accenture provided the joining letter first, I accepted and joined. I haven’t resigned yet, but my notice period would be 90 days. If TCS provides a joining letter, should I switch now or wait until I complete one year and join as an experienced hire? Will TCS wait for 90 days, or are there policies preventing the switch?
