What did you do?
I’ve always been doing crossfit. I loosely say crossfit because I don’t always follow the time restraints like EMOMs and AMRAPs (I just can’t hang), but I like the movements. Snatches, deadlifts, thrusters, cleans, jerks, box jumps, toes to bar, etc. Pre-COVID, I would do 1 workout a day for 10 days straight and then rest day but when WFH started, I started 2-3 workouts per day and ran during my lunch break.
I’m very lucky to have a home gym so I should’ve lost weight sooner. My weight plates mock my fat ass when I don’t throw them around for a workout. I’ve also been trying various recipes to up my cooking game. Not focused on cooling healthy specifically but try to cut fat (pun intended) where I can.
Trust, if my fat boy/ dadbod body can do it, anyone can. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader!
