I recently got an offer from infoedge (99acres) for a Retention Manager role, but I’m a bit confused about what to do. They’re offering 5.39 LPA fixed, which is a 10% hike, and want me to join immediately.

My current company is a startup it’s become quite toxic and things seem to be going downhill. I’ve been here for 3 years and really want to move on, as staying is getting harder day by day. But I don’t want to jump into something worse.

Should I negotiate for a 20–25% hike or accept it?
