I recently interviewed with Capgemini. Before the interview, I shared my expected CTC, and after the technical round, HR agreed to it during discussions. However, before releasing the offer, HR informed me that the finance team is not approving the agreed CTC due to my 90-day notice period. They are now offering only ₹2 lakhs above my current CTC, with a promise to revise it once my notice period is shorter.

I have applied to several positions up Google. I have not heard anything back at all. No matter if I customize my résumé to the job description I still don’t hear anything back. I am wondering as to why Google ghost people instead of just telling them that they didn’t get the job? Do people on Google believe it is appropriate for the recruiters just a ghost people especially if they feel they don’t match the job?

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

This is normal practice in CG. Ask HR to give everything in written and they will deny. Take decision with your analysis.
I said give me in writing and hr said will call you back 😂 . Now they have realised offer letter and unfortunately i can’t give interview again with different CG account
I am also facing same situation due to 90 days NP
My notice period is 60 days and they didn’t had any concerns whatsoever with my np, still same thing happened with me. I clearly stated my salary expectations during and before interview rounds, still once I got selected HR called me and mentioned they can only give 2-3 lakhs above my fixed and if I have any concerns I can look for other opportunities
In my case, hr called me and said we have got approval for +2 lakhs on your ctc, and i said please hold the offer it doesn’t make sense to have an offer. She said offer letter will be coming in next 5 mins as it is added in the system. Now my profile is freeze as i am holding CG offer even i didn’t accept the offer. Pathetic HR and they complain why employee are not accepting offer
