McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

Program Manager is a manager of programs, not people. You can become a people manager, if program managers, at L6. There’s a few rare L5 managers but certainly not the norm
