I recently joined Capgemini with a B1 tag and 2.5 YOE. Suddenly, they gave me a task without proper KT, without proper time to understand the flow, project, or anything, and they expect me to complete that task within the sprint. All my teammates have 7–10 YOE, so what should I do? Should I resign and find a new job, or continue here? I am very confused, please help me.

Do you think it is time to find another job when your PIC is a micro manager, never trained you when you got hired, expects you to know things no one ever told you about in the first place, texts and calls you in the morning with questions you don’t have an answer to (I work evening shift so I’m mostly sleep when he reaches out), assumes the worst about everything, plots against you anyway, lies all the time, they don’t even do their job, they leave their trash behind etc. gives me anxiety.

First year lit associate here. I had a tough time deciding between corporate and lit and chose lit because I wanted to litigate. Its only been a few months but I’m not enjoying the people or the work as it turns out (too many internal investigations and researching obscure issues, haven’t been on a single filed case yet).
