I recently joined Infosys and am currently on the bench. Is it mandatory to complete goal setting? If yes, what is the last date for it?

1) will Deloitte usi provide early release or ask me to complete full 2 months of notice period?
2) my new company will be in bangalore, can i still ask for relocation amount considering in Deloitte it was wfh?
