I recently joined Salesforce as a CSM and was asked to work AMER shift timings. I can’t do AMER due to health and family reasons.
Has anyone faced shift changes like this? Is there any flexibility or precedent for switching regions? Would love to hear others’ experiences.

Best way to prepare for an analytics consulting analyst (VCA) case interview? I have an analytics background but I never did or prepared for typical (Big 4) consulting interviews. Do i have to do the same prep, or is there a different way I can prepare for these VCA case interviews?
