I recently lost one of my biggest mentors at my company and I struggle with the personalities (both on a work and personal level) of the other similarly situated individuals in my office (there are people in other offices I value). lf I could afford to move/travel to the other locations regularly I would. I have been questioning my job here for some time and now am honestly lost without this mentor. I have no idea what to do.
