I remember when I had a horrible year teaching. I considered quitting in November but decided to stick it out the rest of the year, looking back, I genuinely REGRET not quitting. I wish I would have quit in November. sticking it out only got worse and worse. this was two years ago and I still think about how it was. (I think I had an bad class and I was so unprepared!) This year is better but I feel burned out. Opinions on whether to try again next year or stick to admin only job?
