Salaries have really been spiking. I am curious what the salary for a Principal/ Junior Partners would be in a mid-sized accounting firm now. In January I was approached for $200K for a senior manager role. Now a head hunter has approached me with $225K.

I am 7yoe as TechnoFuntional Consultant working with SAP ABAP and SAP SD. I started as ABAP extensively working with SD, so certified in SD. Is there a demand for this type of skill? What role should I look for?

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

I’m a rising sophomore studying finance at Indiana University. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

The station I work at is down at least 15 positions. Some jobs have been open for two years.

The remaining staff is required to step up.

Additional positions are opening up as contracts are either broken or expire.
