For real. Just look at all the idiots on this thread. Bunch of sheep.

If there’s ever a war on our soil, I’d want to reserve my right to consent to some (potential, without any generalization) buttholes crashing at my house where my family lives and sleeps. Must’ve been some horrible occurrences for it to become part of our bill of rights…

War on our soil hasnt happened in our lifetimes but god forbid it might someday.

I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

Transactional associate. Lateraled 6 months ago and one of the biggest pain points has been my new firm’s inclination to “hop on a call”, which of course requires every single stakeholder to join. The end result being every call has 25 people on it and nothing actually gets done because no one wants to ask a question that could come off as silly. It’s destroying my ability to get anything done during the day. It’s a complete performance and it drives me nuts.

How do people doing PI defense / insurance defense work like what they're doing and hows the pay generally speaking? Just had a hearing on my motion to compel where OC told the judge we hadn’t conferred before filing the motion.
