Rising Star

I sat through another meeting today that could have been an email and I swear half the room knew it. People nodding, one person talking in circles, nothing actually decided. You leave with more questions than answers and a to do list that already existed before the meeting started. It makes you wonder how much time gets wasted just to say we met. Does anyone else feel like meetings are more about appearances than progress?

Its, the reality of working for a company they want you to do daily and biweekly meetings. However, all of the information has been already passed down via email or during communication throughout the week. So what I do is I give a safety moment I’ll go over Marketing and then I’ll go over sales and labor in any current events.

How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? For example, typically I would probably only be approved for a $500k loan ($125k comp and $100k for down payment), but if I’m buying a multi-family home and planning to live in a unit and rent the others, will lenders approve a bigger loan?
