My superiors are asking me to contact CEOs of debtors to chase payments. We’re in B2B and payments are usually 30 days or more. As soon as we get someone over that and they don’t provide a payment date, I’m being asked to contact their CEOs somehow and demand payment. I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Management knows but does nothing about it. He really is a nice guy so it’s hard to hate him but I’m gonna lose it sooner or later. Is there a way of bypassing the H1B lottery? I was told by an external recruiter that if I joined their London team, after a year I could go through H1B process without the lottery. My preference is to remain with Deloitte and transfer - can Deloitte put me through without the lottery? Are there stipulations such as minimum tenure or degree types etc?
