I saw a trend in my organisation since last 6 months a-lot of new hiring and un necessary creating nuisance among existing employees whenever there is a yearly review time for a good employee i saw that they post job post for the same position what this tactics is all about , i have started sensing it a bad culture , i am talking about here, a growing personal care brand , they always hiring and feel like pathetic work culture and senior management here .

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. I don’t want to waste time (colleagues mentioned it doesn’t get much better from here). Do I embrace the suck or look for other opportunities?

1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
