I see a lot of stories on Reddit about ghost workers who work remote but don’t actually do much. They just collect the paycheck and go on with their personal lives during work hours. I have a lot of thoughts against this, esp surrounding how it impacts remote work opportunities, but wanted to see if anyone else had a different take?
