I love teaching art but am having to teach remotely to 1150 kids, k - 5. Have about 54 amazing elementary art teachers in my district that share SO much! I could retire (34 yrs), but just don’t want to because I love what I do! What should be my general expectation if I switch now? Is my expectations realistic in terms of market
Would this put me on higher side of risk or being cutoff if cost cutting happens anywhere. Would they think 4 years and 20lkh is not justified.

Well I was interviewed with Evosys and was committed verbally about the confimation,, but now the HR doesn't repsond? Hows the culture of the company?

Have an offer from Deloitte. In advanced stages of a discussion with Evosys (certain that theyll give me a higher pay)
