I seriously need help getting a job.
I've applied to McDonalds, Tim Hortons, NoFrills, Fortinos, every small cafe or coffee shop near me for over a year and I've had no luck. I have over 2 years of experience as a baker and a year as a barista.
If anyone knows any way I could get a job, any job fit for a 17 year old student it'd be appreciated.

As someone who has always struggled with jobs, it might be a location issue if you're only applying in your immediate area. If you have resume, try a little volunteer work, it'll add a little flavor outside your forte. Or honestly go to any little mom and pop shops/dinners, though it's 50/50 if they want or need help. But they can be a great way to start a career in the food industry early on.

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

MBA with Total YOE - 7+, relevant YOE- 5.3 , Skills - CYBERSECURITY,GRC, Audit.

I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
